Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Pre-orders will be fulfilled as per the estimated release date provided at checkout.

Shipping Times & Delivery

• Trading Cards & In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 3-5 business days after processing.
• Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items: These items are made-to-order and may take 7-14 business days to produce before shipping. Delivery times vary based on the fulfillment provider.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
• We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international orders.

Tracking & Lost Packages

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. RealityTCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

International Shipping & Customs

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country.
