At [RealityTCG], every deck is made to order. Because of this, our policies differ from traditional retail products. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations (2-Day Grace Period)
Orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase.
After 2 days, orders are submitted for printing and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The order is lost or mishandled during shipping (we will work with our printer to resolve these cases).
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Pre-orders (non-refundable under any circumstances)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Claim
To request a refund, exchange, or report a defective item, email realitytcg@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Note: Unauthorized returns or items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
